A fast-casual chain is reducing its footprints nationwide in order to focus on “restaurants with the strongest opportunity to perform,” according to their press release. And two of the restaurants here in Central Ohio were on the chopping block.

Last week, 614Now reported that Noodles & Company announced they’d be closing more than 35 restaurants nationwide this year after already closing 40 other locations the year prior.

One of the restaurants they chose to abruptly shutter was the Noodles & Co. located at Westerville, at 630 N. State St., and the other in Upper Arlington, at 4740 Reed Rd.
