All-you-can-eat seafood buffet chain opening first Ohio location in April

A nationwide all-you-can-eat seafood chain is making its way to Columbus.

Umi Hotpot Sushi & Seafood Buffet will open April 1 at 1841 West Henderson Rd in Upper Arlington. The restaurant, which serves over 200 dishes daily, offers fresh seafood, sushi, hot pot, and ramen in a fast-casual environment, according to their website. Featured items include snow crab legs, sashimi, lobster, prawns, butter-baked whole crab, and braised oxtail.

Umi Buffet boasts over 50 locations, primarily across the Northeast, with this being their first in Ohio.

The restaurant will be open Monday – Thursday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday until 10:30 p.m., according to their website. Opening pricing for this location has not yet been finalized, the restaurant shared on Facebook.
