Largest Chinese-American chain in the world adding Columbus location

The largest American Chinese fast food dining concept in the U.S. is celebrating the grand opening of its first New Albany location on August 28th

Panda Express is opening its 13th Central Ohio location at 9872 Johnstown Rd. and, to celebrate the New Albany community, is donating $1,000 to the nonprofit Healthy New Albany.

The grand opening event kicked off at 9:30 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the New Albany Chamber of Commerce, and the first 88 guests will receive a special Panda T-shirt.

“Our entire Panda team is grateful to serve the New Albany community by providing new jobs and supporting local organizations through various fundraising opportunities,” said Heather Snyder, Panda Express Area Coach of Operations. “We hope to be a lasting part of the community and welcome all guests into our doors to try our American Chinese favorites and discover their own.” 

With over 2,400 locations nationwide, Panda Express will serve iconic fan favorites such as its Original Orange Chicken and award-winning Honey Walnut Shrimp.
