Cafe temporarily shuts down operations after less than 2 weeks of business
After a little less than a month open, this cafe has been forced to temporarily shut down.
P25 Cafe, a combined concept from two shops, watch retailer 25 Dials and Pochettely Italian Charm Bar, located at 1589 N. High St., launched its grand opening on July 13.
The cafe offered specialty matcha drinks, Vietnamese coffee, lattes, and pastries, and was open 9 a.m.–5 p.m. daily. The response to P25 was greater than the two retailers could imagine, selling out of products on opening day and having to take days off to reset the shop; as the popularity grew, the cafe was left with no other choice.

On July 23, P25 posted an announcement on Instagram stating that, to accommodate the volume of customers it has been receiving, the cafe needs to close temporarily to expand and improve back-of-house operations.
While the cafe did not reveal a reopening date, P25 will still participate in pop-ups and is overall hopeful about getting back to business as usual.
“We’ll be working hard behind the scenes and hope to welcome you back very soon,” the post read.
