Asian street food spot replacing former dessert concept on Northwest Side
Bethel Rd. is getting a new addition soon—Red Sen & Asian Street Foods will be opening at 827 Bethel Rd. in Columbus. Located in the former Bambu Dessert Drinks space, Red Sen promises authentic Cambodian cuisine.

According to their website, you can expect dishes like Kuy Teav, a Phnom Penh-style noodle soup with rice noodles in an aromatic broth, and traditional Nom Pang Sach—a crispy baguette filled with savory grilled meats and pickled vegetables. They said, “Each dish is crafted with care using time-honored recipes and fresh ingredients. Our homestyle cooking brings the true flavors of Cambodia to your table, from our perfectly grilled pork rice plates to fresh spring rolls bursting with herbs and vegetables.”
An official opening date has not been announced, and the restaurant was not available for comment. According to their website, Red Sen will be open 10:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, watch their Instagram for updates and announcements.
