Downtown restaurant lands on ‘OpenTable’s’ list of country’s best brunch spots

The Cameron Mitchell Restaurant, located at 155 E Broad St., is a unique submission among the top brunch restaurants across America. Butcher & Rose only serves brunch twice a year: Mother’s Day and Easter. 

But you know what they say: you don’t know what you have until it’s gone. According to Travel + Leisure, Butcher & Rose is the only Ohio restaurant that made the brunch list. The Columbus favorite stands strong among its peers, mostly consisting of brunch restaurants hailing from California and New York.

While the brunch menu may come and go, Butcher & Rose opens at 11:30 a.m. and serves an extensive lunch menu until 3 p.m. So if you can’t secure a table for brunch, the handhelds and salads can suffice the palates of savory brunch diners.
