Cava is adding another Columbus location; Find out where
This fast-casual Mediterranean chain is marking another Central Ohio location, with the upcoming expansion to Ohio State’s campus.
According to city permits, Cava is planning to open its restaurant at 1870 N. High St., the former Barrio Taco spot which closed its doors in June. The permits detail an application for an LED sign to read “CAVA,” at this time the plans have yet to be approved.

This will be Cava’s fourth confirmed location in the Central Ohio area, following Hilliard, Polaris, and Grove City.
Cava offers casual, custom Mediterranean-styled bowls, pitas, and sides served with ingredients such as Spicy Lamb, Saffron Basmati Rice, and its signature Crazy Feta.
Currently, there is no opening timeline for OSU’s Cava, but the restaurant will provide updates on its website here.
