Central Ohio bakery seeking expansion in 2026

Bite This bakery located at 3009 N. High St. in Clintonville has announced expansion plans. The bakery, known for bagel bombs, gothic vibes, and specialty brownies, is currently raising funds to purchase the building they’re located in for the expansion.

If funding goes as planned, owner Annie Dickson plans to expand the business from 670 square feet to more than 2800. In a fundraiser announcement, Dickenson said “This small but mighty space has served us well, but it has been obvious for some time that we need to & CAN DO more for the community.” 

With the additional space, Dickson plans to expand the team, offer cake decorating classes, and use the space to give back to the community. Bite This is open Thursday-Sunday from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and you can check out their menu here.
