Central Ohio vineyard closing after 14 years

A Central Ohio winery has announced their impending closure after 14 years in business. Three Oaks Vineyard announced the owners, Pete and Diana Hooverman, will be retiring at the end of 2026.

The statement said, “2026 will be our last year as a winery.  If there’s wine left at the end of the year, we may still sell bottles early in 2027 until they are gone.  Please come join us for a glass of wine with friends sometime in 2026.” Located in Granville at 1591 Crosley Rd., the winery has been operating since 2012. The vineyard began with just 9 vines, and now boasts 800 vines and 10 varieties. 

The vineyard and winery features live music, multiple patios, and of course the expertise of Pete and Diana. You’ve got a few months left to sip the wines, soak up the company, and enjoy the patio before they close. Three Oaks Vineyard is open Friday and Saturday. See the full events calendar here.
