Chinese street food pop-up opening first brick-and-mortar restaurant
Following the success of its delivery service, this Chinese street food is making its way to a major fashion outlet.
Red Bao Kitchen announced that on August 8th, it will begin a new operation at Polaris Fashion Place.
Located at 1500 Polaris Pkwy., within the mall’s food court, this Chinese street fare will satisfy your hunger while you shop. Offering its signature pillow-soft bao, soup dumplings, and savory noodles, Red Bao is determined to bring Southern Chinese comfort food to Columbus.

Founded by Alicia Long, Red Bao began offering online orders available for pickup at its 1400 Dublin Rd. ghost kitchen on June 15. The kitchen has also built a strong following through pop-ups at festivals and markets.
