Columbus-based burger chain introducing slider vending machines
White Castle is making it easier to get its Sliders—no drive-thru required. The Columbus-based chain announced an upcoming project that will bring White Castle “Crave & Go” kiosks to colleges, corporate campuses, healthcare systems and other commercial settings.
The company is working with Automated Retail Technologies LLC to roll out the kiosks. The concept is designed to deliver sliders on-demand through a self-service platform, with an initial goal of launching in 1,000 locations.

“This partnership provides a fun new way for consumers to experience White Castle,” said Jamie Richardson, the brand’s chief marketing officer. “Automated retail allows us to meet consumers when cravings strike… while delivering the hot and tasty quality that has defined our brand for more than 100 years.”
According to a press release, the rollout will utilize ART’s existing Just Baked® platform nationwide. “We’re proud to partner with an American icon like White Castle,” said ART founder David Chessler. “Together, we’re making it easier for consumers to access authentic White Castle favorites in locations where traditional restaurants may not be available.” Expansion is expected to continue throughout 2026 as more kiosks are introduced.
