Columbus biscuit sandwich concept announces closure
A breakfast-focused Columbus food truck is putting it into park.
Over the weekend, The Biscuit Boss announced that it has closed its doors for good.
According to a social media post from the concept, “rising costs, increasing operational demands and shifting industry traffic” led to the closure, in addition to the number of hours required to keep the business afloat, owner Casey Stevens wrote in the post.

“Rather than cut quality to chase margins or run myself into the ground, I’ve chosen to end on a high note. I believe in finishing strong,” Stevens’ post reads.
The brand sold a wide variety of biscuits, biscuit sandwiches and more.
Stevens, a former Bob Evans manager of product development, began the concept after losing her job following COVID closures and layoffs in the spring of 2020. The truck opened in May of 2021.
