Columbus chicken wing chain closing location; Eyeing new brick and mortar

Ohio chicken chain, OX-B’s, announced it is closing its last shipping container location in Central Ohio.

OX-B’s was founded in Newark, Ohio, in 2020 out of a repurposed shipping container, serving chicken wings, wraps, sandwiches, salads, and more. Years later, the Ohio food chain has outgrown its shipping containers and opted for more brick-and-mortar spaces.

On September 27, OX-B’s Lancaster at 1732 E. Main St. announced on Instagram that its shipping container space will close for its last day of business on September 30.

The location is offering community members 20% off orders during the final two days and is surprising the Lancaster community with another gift.

OX-B won’t be leaving the Lancaster area; it is prepping for its new brick-and-mortar space. The restaurant did not share the exact location, but teased that the spot is coming very soon and will provide updates on its social media.
