Unique new eatery from local food scene veterans will feature international cuisine, communal dining
A new restaurant concept from Culinary Collectives is coming to Columbus.
The company’s first brick-and-mortar, Medley Kitchen, is set to open in the upcoming mixed-use development building, TruePointe, in Hilliard at 4457 Trueman Blvd.
Medley Kitchen, inspired by culinary traditions around the world, will feature a distinct dining experience rooted in curiosity, discovery, and connection.
“Food has always been one of the most powerful ways people connect,” said Derek Bush, owner and operator of Culinary Collectives, in a press release. “When you look across cultures, you’ll find many of the same ingredients, cooking methods and traditions expressed in completely different ways. That idea became the inspiration for Medley Kitchen. We want guests to learn about other cuisines while teaching us about their own.”

The design concept will feature a communal dining experience and a menu offering tapas, dim sum, and mezze-style dishes while paying homage to local restaurants that have shaped the Columbus food scene.
Construction of Medley Kitchen is currently underway, with an anticipated opening in Fall 2026. Follow their Instagram here for updates and future events.
