Cupcake shop with ‘three-generation secret frosting recipe’ now open in Columbus area
Something sweet has landed on Sandusky Street in Delaware—Betty’s Cupcakes has recently relocated to a larger storefront. The family-owned cupcake shop is known for their secret frosting recipe, which goes back three generations.

The Marion Area Chamber of Commerce held a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony with Betty’s Cupcakes. They said, “Congratulations to Betty’s Cupcakes on their ribbon-cutting for their new home in Downtown Delaware! We’re thrilled to support this exciting next chapter as they continue serving the Marion and Delaware communities.” The relocation to Delaware from their original Marion location comes with a larger storefront. The cupcake spot also carries ice cream, they’ve got something for every kind of sweet tooth.
The shop is located at 38 S. Sandusky St., in Delaware. They’re open Monday from 12:00 p.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and closed on Sunday. Follow along here for updates and announcements.
