New Dunkin' Donuts coming to south High St. in Columbus, Ohio

Dunkin’ Donuts continues to expand in Central Ohio. The company is set to open a location at 3444 S. High St. The building was formerly a Hardee’s, which closed in 2025.

According to building permits, the Cincinnati-based franchisee Gilligan Oil Co., purchased the 2,300 sq ft. building and will adapt the existing space into a Dunkin’ Donuts.

The South High Street location is one of two new Dunkin’ locations in development by Gilligan Oil, which has been expanding its footprint in Central Ohio with Popeyes, Subway, and Dunkin’ franchises. Stay tuned for an official opening date.
