East Side spot named one of the country’s 100 best pizzerias in new rankings

A Bexley eatery was tapped as one of the nation’s best spots for pizza in 2026.

According to the annual top-100 list created by Wilsonsbarandgrill.net, Rubino’s Pizza in Bexley is the nation’s 59th best spot for pizza

“A thin-crust, ‘party cut’ legend in Ohio that has remained virtually unchanged for decades,” the rankings’ entry for Rubino’s reads. The East Side spot was the only Ohio restaurant that landed on the list.

On the off chance you aren’t already familiar with the brand, Rubino’s and its vintage marquee sign have been a Bexley staple since the eatery opened in 1954. And from its cash-only policy to the paper bags used to cover carry-out pizza, the eatery’s retro spirit is alive as well.
