Linworth restaurant closes after less than a year; Owners vow to reopen soon

A Mediterranean eatery that opened its doors last fall has closed. At least for now.

According to a Linworth Grill owner Naman Nassar, the eatery shuttered following a number of issues with its building, which was located at 2245 Dublin-Granville Rd.

“We had a lot of issues with that space that just would not end. Our customers are the best and I love them all. It was a very difficult decision to make but enough is enough,” Nassar told 614Now.

Linworth Grill–which was originally opened last November—focused on upscale Mediterranean fare, including kebabs, Persian rice, falafel sandwiches, house-made hummus and more.

Despite its abrupt closure, Nassar told 614Now that the restaurant doesn’t intend to stay closed for long, noting plans to reopen it soon, and in a “better space.”
