Egyptian cafe featuring tabletop games, traditional dishes opens on South High Street
This cozy Egyptian eatery is a space that blends relaxation with entertainment. Located at 3839 S High St., Lailaty’s Cafe offers games for the kids while the rest can sit back and enjoy an immersion of Egyptian culture.
Since its opening in January, the cafe has curated a family spot at Lailaty’s, where kids can select from more than 200 games, including giant tabletop tablets, pool tables, rows of PlayStations, and more.

The tech doesn’t just stop with games; a robot server rolls around delivering guests their lattes and tiramisu.
While you can simply sip classic lattes and tea, Lailaty offers more than a regular cafe, featuring classic and fusion Egyptian cuisine. Some popular dishes include the traditional sweet bread pudding Om Ali and a Lailaty original, Qalbuzz, an Egyptian pie filled with cheese, veggies, and meat.
