Meet the new, family-owned food truck bringing Afghanistan’s most famous dish to Columbus

This authentic Afghan food truck has officially parked itself in Central Ohio.

Kabuli Pulao LLC, a new food truck concept currently based at 6547 Sawmill Rd. in Dublin, offers a homemade taste of Afghanistan to Central Ohio.

Named after the traditional Afghan dish, Kabuli Pulao, the food truck features a wide variety of traditional Afghan flavors and modern classics such as kebabs, Shawarma wraps, and burgers. The made-to-order menu also offers traditional milk tea and homemade desserts.

The food truck has been operating since July 8 and takes pride in its fresh ingredients, generous plates, and welcoming service. Kabuli Pulao LLC is a family-run food truck and focuses on recipes passed down through generations.
