Fast-casual chain opening in abruptly closed Giordano’s location

Roots Natural Kitchen opening in Polaris

Following the abrupt closure of Giordano’s last week, the building at 2137 Polaris Parkway already has a new tenant on the horizon. Roots Natural Kitchen has filed permits with the City of Columbus for the space.

Roots Natural Kitchen is a casual chain that serves up highly customizable salads and grain bowls made with natural ingredients.They offer a plethora of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options on their menus. This will mark the fourth location for the chain in Central Ohio. They first opened in Columbus in 2022 with a location at 10 E. 15th Ave. 

An opening date for the Polaris location has not been announced, stay tuned for details. In the meantime, you can find one of their existing Ohio locations here.
