Newly opened and already hundreds of five-star reviews, this new chicken restaurant is flamin’.

Quite literally.

Peri-Peri Chicken, now open at 2513 Summit St. (and not to be confused with The Port of Peri Peri), offers flame-grilled halal chicken smothered in a spicy, house-made peri sauce, as well as wraps, loaded fries, grilled corn, and even pizza crafted with dough made in-house. You can choose your own level of heat, ranging from a mild lemon & herb to an extra hot spice.

The concept started as a ghost kitchen, but their popularity (and spice) allowed them to move into a brick & mortar spot near Clintonville just three weeks ago. Congrats, Peri-Peri!
