New dumpling and bao concept lands in Hilliard

A new eatery in Old Hilliard is open for summer.

Dojo Dumplings, an Asian fast food restaurant, is now open inside Center Street Market and Crooked Can Brewing at 5354 Center St.

The Asian-inspired vendor in the expansive food hall offers made-to-order dumplings, noodles, bao, and various rice bowls.

Dojo opened on June 10 and is Center Street’s latest addition to the food hub. The Center Street Market features prime Columbus culinary talent and a local dining experience with unforgettable bites.

Joining Columbus favorites such as Bakes by Lo, Meatball Mafia, Pitabilities, and The Cheesecake Girl, Dojo Dumplings will be the Market’s 10th vendor.
