Local Chick-fil-A could be demolished; here’s why

Usually when a Columbus restaurant is getting demolished, it’s to make way for a new Sheetz or a Chick-fil-A.
In this case, a Chick-fil-A could be demolished…..and another Chick-fil-A would be replacing it.

According to filed permits, the fried chicken chain located at 1988 Hilliard Rome Rd. is planning to be demolished so that a Chick-fil-A bcould be constructed that’s drive-thru and outdoor seating only.
The plans have been submitted, but more details are still to come. As for now, that Hilliard location is still open. Stay tuned!
