Longtime local food truck lands first brick and mortar restaurant

Delaware is getting a new restaurant concept from two food-industry veterans. Sip and Spice Indian Bar & Grill is coming soon.

Owners Raj Sabherwal and Sid Tiwari have been collaborators in the food industry together for a decade as co-owners of the food truck Two Fatt Indians. The pair confirmed the new concept via social media. The post said, “A dream 10 years in the making. About a decade ago, we started with a simple food truck, serving the people of Columbus and the surrounding communities with a passion for authentic Indian food. Every meal we served, every customer we met, and every word of encouragement helped us grow. Today, by God’s grace and because of your incredible support, we’re blessed with the opportunity to open Sip and Spice Indian Bar & Grill in Delaware, Ohio. This is more than just a restaurant to us—it’s the next chapter of a journey built on hard work, faith, and the love of our community. Our promise is simple: we’ll continue to serve the same authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and quality you’ve come to know, while creating a place where friends and families can gather, celebrate, and make lasting memories. The restaurant will be located at 12 S Sandusky St., in Delaware. No opening date has been confirmed, follow them here for announcements and updates.
