National convenience chain and eatery chain adds Columbus location
This major Mid-Atlantic restaurant and convenience chain is nearing 30 locations in the Franklin County area.
On June 30 at 9 a.m., Sheetz officially opened its 26th location in Columbus, continuing the company’s mission to redefine the convenience experience.
The famous fully customizable, Made-to-Order menu is now available at 1535 Georgesville Rd., offering classic Sheetz favorites such as mozzarella sticks, burgers, curly fries, and milkshakes.

As a way to celebrate the grand opening of the new Columbus location, Sheetz will host a special event inviting nonprofit representatives, elected officials, and residents, including “The Sheetz Couple,” Jim and Darlene, Sheetz superfans who will be attending their 50th grand opening.
Also being offered during the celebration are giveaways, including Free Sheetz for a Year and free self-serve coffee and soda for the entire opening day.
Sheetz also made donations to the Hilliard Food Pantry and Special Olympics of Ohio during the event to maintain their commitment to taking care of people.
