Established in 2015, Brassica opened its flagship location in the Short North, at 680 N. High Street. Since opening, Brassica has expanded to eight locations in Ohio—four of which are in Central Ohio. According to building permits, the proposed expansion at 2170 Ikea Way in Polaris will mark the brand’s first ground-up build. The new location will span approximately 2,600 square feet.
The fast-casual eatery is all about highlighting traditional Mediterranean flavors, with a commitment to organic and sustainable practices. They use locally grown, organic, and artisan-produced foods for their salads, sandwiches, and sides. Stay tuned for an opening announcement, and visit one of their existing locations in the meantime.
