National bagel chain opens Central Ohio location with updated concept

Gahanna has a new breakfast spot—Einstein Bros. Bagels has opened a brand new location as of July 15. The new location features the brand’s new “Elevate the Morning” concept, with locations rolling out in  Ohio, Utah, Georgia, and Nevada.

According to a statement, the “Elevate the Morning” format blends “premium finishes, warm neighborhood character, and thoughtful layouts that make every visit easy and enjoyable.” The new design promotes an “inviting atmosphere that’s in line with guests’ expectations of a premium fast-casual breakfast spot, while still reflecting the brand’s fun personality.” 

Chief Operations Officer, Adam Modzel said, “Everything about the ‘Elevate the Morning’ design starts with our guests. They want fresh, flavorful food in an environment that feels welcoming and easy to navigate, whether they’re dining in or picking up on the go. This design brings that to life, elevating the overall experience to match the quality of our fresh-baked bagels.” 

This marks the brand’s fourth location in Central Ohio. The new store is located at  4776 Morse Rd., in Gahanna. They’re open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, serving up bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, tea, and more. See their full menu here.
