National ice cream chain shutters its only Central Ohio location

After just a little over a year of opening, an ice cream chain announced its only Central Ohio location wasn’t heading into the new year with us.

Bruster’s Ice Cream, located in Reynoldsburg at 7330 E. Main St., closed on December 31. They took to Facebook to thank their supporters.

The national franchise known for hundreds of rotating flavors, which opened in 1989, still has three other locations in Ohio, just more up North.
