Columbus food truck serving hand-tossed pasta from giant cheese wheel now open
Enjoy a taste of Italy from a truck. This new Columbus food truck not only provides classic Italian pasta from scratch, but also an experience that will have you saying “Mamma Mia!”
Pasta Stop is an Italian food truck that officially opened May 31. The food truck offers build-your-own pasta bowls, all hand tossed in a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese wheel. Imported straight from Italy, each order is finished off right inside the cheese wheel as if you were standing on the streets of Rome.
“It’s a really unique experience, and on top of that, you can’t just go out and find this level of food or experience anywhere else. It takes a tremendous amount of time, effort, and preparation to pull off, but that’s what makes it special and hopefully successful,” Pasta Stop Owner Julian said.

The mix-and-match options to add on top of the fresh fettuccine include the sauce options of alfredo, pomodoro, pesto, and arrabiata, and toppings such as meatballs, grilled chicken, and mozzarella pearls.
Pasta Stop is currently available for catering bookings and will be at the Powell Festival June 19-20. Follow their Instagram here for location updates and future announcements.
