New crepe concept brings a slice of Europe to Columbus
A slice of Europe, available to enjoy here in Columbus.
Originating in Florida as a mobile pop-up crepe business in 2023, Chocolada offers European culture and handcrafted recipes. Inspired by the owner’s background living in Croatia, Germany, and Switzerland, the recipes have been prepared and inspired by European traditions.
Chocolada officially began operating the mobile creperie in Columbus on July 15, serving cold brews and lemonade in addition to its homemade crepes.

The mobile creperie has transformed from a single griddle and a cooler full of ingredients to an entire trailer fully equipped with crepe-making essentials.
In keeping things authentically European, Chocolda offers both savory and sweet crepes for guests to try. Such as the Caprese stuffed with mozzarella, parmesan, cherry tomatoes, basil pesto, balsamic glaze, olive oil, and sea salt, or a sweet option like the Apple Caramel with apple butter, pecans, and caramel.
All crepes are made with organic flour and fresh ingredients. Chocolada takes pride in not cutting corners, only selecting carefully sourced premium cheeses and organic produce.
