New Iraqi cafe serving speciality drinks, ice cream, waffles opening soon

A new Middle Eastern cafe concept serving coffee drinks and a variety of hot and cold treats is coming to Hilliard.

Al Sindabad Cafe is slated to open soon at 4562 Cemetery Rd., although an exact opening date has not been released yet.

“Al Sindabad is about to become your new go-to spot for sweet treats, cozy moments, and everyday cravings…Stay tuned. The vibes are brewing.” the eatery posted in a social media statement announcing the opening.

The new concept, self-described on its social media pages as an Iraqi cafe, will offer hot and ice coffee drinks, plus ”dreamy” speciality lattes and other options.

In addition to its drink menu, the Hilliard cafe also plans to offer a variety of baked goods, including “next-level” pastries, crepes, waffles, ice cream and more.
