New NY-style shop selling French Toast Bagel now open

Classic, hand-rolled New York-style bagels are now available at this Hilliard bakery.

Bagels & Jam Co., located at 4465 Cemetery Rd. soft-opened its shop on July 16 for guests to get a taste of the East Coast flavor.

With the owner’s background in pastry making and New Jersey roots, each bagel is handcrafted using an old-school technique and kettle boiled to perfection.

Along with bagels, Bagels & Jam also offers a variety of baked items like cinnamon rolls, rugelach, and lunch options such as sandwiches, wraps, and salads.

Bagels & Jam Co. is open daily from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. An official grand opening date is yet to be set; be sure to follow their Instagram here for an upcoming announcement.
