‘Free coffee for 100 days:’ Dunkin’ grand opening

A new Dunkin’ is opening on S. High Street, and you could score free coffee for 100 days.

Dunkin’ is getting ready to open its newest Columbus location, and the grand opening is coming in hot with coffee, prizes, adoptable pets and a huge giveaway to the first 100 guests.

The new Dunkin’ at 3444 S. High Street will celebrate its grand opening on Thursday, Oct. 1, from 9 to 11 a.m. The first 100 guests in line will receive free coffee every day for 100 days. To participate, guests must have the Dunkin’ app, and the line will form outside the restaurant beginning at 9 a.m. The offer does not include drive-thru customers.

The celebration will also include a prize wheel with Dunkin’ swag, limited-edition merchandise, gift cards and more. Sprinkles, Dunkin’s mascot, will also be making an appearance for photo opportunities. And if you’re more of a dog person than a coffee person, Columbus Humane will be bringing a couple of adoptable pets to the grand opening. The organization is the charity partner for the event, and Dunkin’ will present Columbus Humane with a donation during a 10 a.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The new restaurant is part of Dunkin’s NextGen store concept, the chain’s updated restaurant design. If you want to lock in 100 days of free coffee, you’ll want to get there early.
