Hot brunch spot announces opening date for new Bridge Park restaurant
An Ohio-born brunch spot is preparing to open in Dublin.
HangOverEasy, the popular brunch destination that opened nearly 20 years ago in the South Campus area, will hold the grand opening for its new Dublin eatery on May 2. It will be located at 6757 Longshore St., within the Bridge Park development.
The concept currently operates its original original storefront, located at 1646 Neil Ave., and its East Side spot, which is located at 51 Parsons Ave., making the Dublin eatery its third Central Ohio spot, and seventh in the Buckeye State.

“HangOverEasy has always been about showing up when people need us most—mornings,” HangOverEasy owner Nick Pedro said in a press release. “Many Dublin residents remember us from their college days, so opening at Bridge Park feels like reconnecting with old friends. We’ve grown up a bit, gone bigger and added some new menu items, but the mission is the same—great food, strong drinks and curing mornings.”
At more than 5,000 square feet, the new space will be the brand’s largest location to date. It will offer a dedicated drip coffee bar, house-made pastries (both a first for HangOverEasy), in addition to its full slate of classic brunch items (like the Korean Chicken Sandwich and Rise & Ramen Bowl), plus cocktails, mocktails, bloody Marys and more.
