Popular Northeast Ohio Indian-Fusion restaurant opens first Columbus concept
“Northeast Ohio’s Best Indian Fusion” has made its way to Columbus.
Khaao Macha, an Indian Fusion food truck that started as a renovated school bus in 2023, has earned major recognition at several Asian food festivals, including Cleveland Asian Food Fest, Cincinnati Asian Food Fest, and Tremont Food Fest. Its first brick-and-mortar is located in Akron, and it just celebrated its second location at Market 42 in Brunswick.

Following its success in the Northeast, it is time for Khaao Macha to test the Central Ohio market, launching its first Columbus Ghost Kitchen. Khaao Macha’s Columbus delivery service officially went live on July 3 through DoorDash and is also available for pickup.
The menu offers traditional Indian flavors blended with modern techniques, from Biryani Bowls to Curry and even Chicken Lollipops; every item is made fresh and guaranteed to satisfy your every craving.
Khaao Macha is available for pick-up at 1282 Essex Ave., and the kitchen also offers catering opportunities as well.
