Popular Ohio chain offering ‘Green Way’ chili for St. Patrick’s Day
Even their chili-inspired ice cream wasn’t taking things too far. But this time, Skyline Chili may have truly found the line.
The popular Ohio chain announced yesterday that, for the 15th consecutive year, it will serve its 3-Ways, 4-Ways and 5-Ways with “shamrock green spaghetti.”
Green spaghetti at Skyline will only be offered on March 17 only, at participating locations.

“Since Nicholas Lambrinides, a Greek immigrant, founded Skyline over 75 years ago, the Cincinnati staple has been dedicated to bringing friends and families together for an experience like no other,” Skyline said in a press release. “The Green Way is just that—it’s a family favorite and a fun and unique way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Green Way tradition.”
The Cincinnati-based chili chain, which first opened in 1949, operates 10 Columbus locations.
