Popular street food, modern pasta spots teaming up to create new concept

A new collaborative project between two local businesses is coming soon to Polaris this Fall.

Fetty’s Street Food, a food truck serving Thai, Indian, and South African dishes—and a Columbus favorite posted on Instagram, teasing a new concept in partnership with Flour Modern Pasta Bar.

The Pasta Bar, located at 1540 Polaris Pkwy., also hinted at the concept, named Flour & Fetty’s, on their socials, with more details to come.

The global street food truck has previously done collabs in the past, in a pop-up style, creating dual-inspired menus for a limited time.

Flour & Fetty’s is planning to launch in the fall of 2026, and a menu featuring pasta alongside a mix of globally inspired dishes sounds too good to miss.
