Revolving sushi bar concept opening soon

A long-awaited sushi concept is opening their doors tomorrow—Saikou Revolving Sushi is finally here.

The concept is the third revolving sushi bar to join the ranks of rotating dining options in Columbus. Located at 5414 Westpoint Plaza Drive, the concept is co-owned by Allen Chen, who will own the concept with his son Kevin. According to their signage posted, the business will open tomorrow, June 30. 

The concept for the revolving sushi bar is exactly what it sounds like—sushi is delivered right to your table via a conveyor belt. If a piece looks good, you take it off the belt and enjoy. According to their website, the restaurant will also feature ramen and Japanese cuisine. Their hours have not yet been confirmed, stay tuned for updates.
