The crisp, cloud-like crust topped with simple ingredients is what made Cooper’s Hawk founder Tim McEnery stop in his tracks when on a food trail in Italy. After meeting with the owner of Rome’s Piccolo Buco, Luca Issa, the two worked together to bring the mesmerizing pizza home.
The restaurant will be located at The Shops on Lane Avenue in Upper Arlington, according to Shops on Lane’s website.
According to developers at Cooper’s Hawk, the project is still in the very early stages of planning, and a projected timeline is currently unavailable.
