According to a press release, the concept is led by Enis Ndreu and Elvis Lloshi. Ndreu is the owner of Holy Crepes, a longtime North Market staple with additional locations at North Market Downtown, East Market, and a popular food truck operation. Lloshi brings more than a decade of restaurant experience, including 10 years with Iron Grill, where he managed both front-of-house and back-of-house operations and helped run the restaurant’s food truck program.

“BBQ & The Pier represents exactly the kind of entrepreneurial growth story we love to see at North Market,” said Rick Harrison Wolfe, Executive Director and CEO of North Market. “Enis has already built a successful business here with Holy Crepes, and now he and Elvis are bringing their combined experience and fresh vision to create something exciting for our merchants and guests while honoring the oyster tradition of this space.”

For Ndreu, opening BBQ & The Pier marks another exciting chapter in his North Market journey. Co-owner Enis Ndreu said, “Elvis and I wanted to create a concept that blends fresh seafood and our high-quality, approachable barbecue with the energy and quality people expect here. We’re proud to continue serving oysters in this space while introducing guests to something entirely new.”
The spot promises to continue the tradition of serving fresh oysters in North Market. Along with barbecue, fish & chips, fried shrimp, and other coastal-inspired comfort food. BBQ & The Pier is now open for lunch and dinner at North Market Bridge Park, located at 6750 Longshore Street in Dublin.
