Short North coffee spot closing this weekend

A Short North coffee shop will close–although it may not be permanent.

Park Service Coffee, which shares a space with Woodhouse Vegan, announced in a social media post this morning that its final day of operation will be July 5. Park Service (and Woodhouse) are located at 19 W. Russel St. It’s unclear if Woodhouse plans to close on July 5 as well.

“If you’ve loved us, come let us know. If you’ve never heard of us, come check us out. We hope this isn’t goodbye forever but rather a see you later,” the post reads. “Food & beverage industry is hard, but we aren’t giving up yet. Grateful is not enough to encapsulate our feelings for the people who helped us get here.”

Woodhouse announced its plans to close earlier this year, which means the closure of Park Service isn’t new information since the two share a space, but at the time it wasn’y exactly when that would happen.
