Speakeasy unveils tiki popup concept

A local speakeasy has transformed into a tiki bar—The Marmont is now The Lost Kahiki. Located beneath Forno at 721 N. High St., the bar has unveiled a tribute to the beloved Kahiki Supper Club. They announced the change via social media.

The post said, “For months, we’ve been diving deep into the story of Columbus’ beloved Kahiki Supper Club, drawing inspiration from the place that transported generations to paradise. Now, we’re bringing a small piece of that magic back with new tropical cocktails, immersive décor, and plenty of surprises. Meet us below. Welcome to The Lost Kahiki.” The popup is a tribute to the Kahiki Supper Club, which closed in 2000. The speakeasy popup promises tiki cocktails, food features, and immersive tropical decor. 

The Lost Kahiki will be a limited-time popup, catch it before it’s gone. They are open Thursday 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday-Saturday 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., and Sunday 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. reservations are live online here.
