The announcement comes via social media. The post said, “Act 2 is happening! It’s called SAGE and we need great humans to join us on the journey! We need servers, live musicians, artists, bartenders, kitchen staff, DJs, ghost kitchen folks and more!” They teased a summer 2026 opening via the same post. The concept comes from Sudhir Dubey and Chef David Kim, who founded Rishi in 2014. Rishi Sushi Kitchen & Bar closed earlier this year on January 10th.
Previously they told 614Now via email, “The team and I are looking at something fresh and community driven…The goal being to bring people together, to share, relax, enjoy and feel safe to do so.” Follow along here for updates and announcements, and stay tuned for an opening date.
