Waffle House located on OSU campus not closing

You may have heard that the fate of a beloved campus carryout and delivery spot was up in the air—we’re happy to report that the Waffle House located at 1712 N. High St., isn’t going anywhere. Much like a buttery, oversized breakfast waffle, this real estate dispute has come full circle.

Jerod Schiff, President at The Schiff Real Estate Company, told 614Now that they were able to “work out a deal”, and that the Waffle House located at 1712 N. High St., in Columbus isn’t going anywhere for now. It was previously reported that the lease would not be renewed, and the fate of the business was up in the air.

Students in the area can rest easy knowing that they’ll be able to continue ordering delivery for all-day breakfast plates, generous hashbrown portions, melts, and (most importantly) waffles from this location for the foreseeable future. This location is delivery only, you can order online here
