This ‘bougie dive bar’ from star Columbus chef officially reopens
Rosebud’s is back.
The “bougie dive bar” and restaurant concept–which was created by standout Columbus chef Josh Dalton–originally closed in October. Earlier this week, the restaurant took to social media to announce that it had officially reopened.
“So… yeah. We quietly opened back up this past weekend — and honestly, we’re still kind of blown away,” the eatery posted on its social media pages on Monday. “The turnout, the love, the familiar faces (and new ones) meant more to us than we can say. The last few months have been a mix of good and tough, but being welcomed back like that was a really special feeling.”

The restaurant will be open Wednesday-Sunday, 5-10 p.m.
Rosebud is operated out of Dalton’s “incubator” space for restaurant concepts (where his popular eatery Speck also began), which is located at 3 W. Winter St. in Delaware.
