TownHall owner opening ‘healthiest fast-casual restaurant in the country’ in former Hot Chicken Takeover space

An eatery that describes itself as the “healthiest fast-casual restaurant in the country” is coming to Westerville.

According to an Instagram post from REBoL, the concept will be opening its second Central Ohio location in the former home of Hot Chicken Takeover in Westerville, which is located at 435 Polaris Pwky.

“We can’t wait to serve you real healthy food, made with the cleanest ingredients! Stay tuned for details on our opening date, and tag a CBUS friend below to spread the word,” the post reads.

The fast-casual spot offers cross-cultural “Bols” featuring a variety of proteins, including falafel, shrimp, steak and more, which are topped with everything from elote corn to chimichurri. Patrons can also create their own Bols or opt for a variety of breakfast sandwiches and pastries.

The eatery is owned by Bobby George, the controvesrial owner of TownHall, Mandrake Rooftop and other Cleveland and Columbus restaurants. An outspoken champion for clean, additive-free eating, George has also been in the spotlight for defending a general manager in 2020 after the employee made a seemingly xenophobic social media post, and was convicted of felony attempted strangulation in 2025, for which he was sentenced to five years of probation.

REBoL currently operates a location in North Market Bridge Park and another in Downtown Cleveland.
