Roswell’s will be located at 668 Grandview Ave., inside Woodland’s Backyard in the current Blackbird Burrito Company space. The burrito concept is closing down and coming back under a new name. They said, “It’s been real, Columbus! Thank you for showing up for small businesses in the 614 & supporting us from the beginning. We will no longer be in service! The kitchen is undergoing a total overhaul & the restaurant will reopen under a different name & a whole new concept! Stay tuned for what’s to come.”
614Now spoke with the team behind Roswell’s about the new menu and concept. The UFO themed spot will be based around burgers, chicken tenders, salads, and wraps. This isn’t another smash burger—their menu promises 8oz patties ground fresh daily in house, with a combination of chuck and brisket. In addition to burgers, chicken tenders will be offered with eight different sauce options, signature styles, and inventive garnishes. They’ll offer Szechuan dry rub tenders with fermented hot honey, and curried mustard glaze with fried shallots—just to name a few. The menu will also include mushroom fries with togarashi salt and french onion arancini.
Roswell’s is hosting a grand opening on October 11 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., before opening for good on October 13. You can follow along here for announcements and updates.
