Vegetarian Indian restaurant coming soon to Polaris

Polaris is getting a new spot for Indian food—Simply South announced a location opening at 8781 Lyra Dr. in Columbus.

The Irving, Texas-based chain is nationally acclaimed for their fresh ingredients, vegetarian menu, and flavorful dishes. According to their website “We focus on the vegetarian cuisine of India—our restaurant is a homage to the numerous spices, herbs, and vegetables that are cultivated in India. With our very carefully created dishes, we will show you what India looks like in just one bite. We invite you to join us on the journey through the world of vegetarian Indian cuisine.”
