Yelp names Columbus seafood restaurant best in Ohio
It’s no secret that some of the best food in the city can be found on Bethel Road, and Yelp agrees. The popular food review platform released a list of top spots for seafood in every state. The winner for Ohio is Kai’s Crab Boil, located at 839 Bethel Rd. in Columbus.

According to the article, “Yelpers had to invent new words to describe Kai’s Kajun sauce: One says the secret spice blend ‘gets the umami…umami-ing.’ It’s one of three sauces (along with garlic-butter and lemon-pepper) for the casual restaurant’s beloved seafood boil bags—all filled with your choice of shrimp, snow crab, king crab, lobster, crawfish, mussels, Dungeness crab, and/or clams (along with traditional boil add-ons like corn, potato, and sausage).”
Kai’s Crab Boil is open Tuesday through Thursday from 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., Friday 4:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M., Saturday 12:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M., and Sunday 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. check out their full menu here.
